Thanks for your interest in submitting video and still-image content for the Fountain Square LED Video Board. We are actively seeking original content that showcases Cincinnati's assets; promotes Cincinnati festivals, events, sports, and arts; and educates and informs visitors and residents. There is no cost* to submit content and have it shown on the LED board, as long as it meets our guidelines and technical specs.

Planners of events on the Square are encouraged to use the video board to enhance your event with, for example, live camera coverage and/or pre-recorded video or slides to play during your event. To request video production for an event, please use the Fountain Square Services Request Form, below.

We ask that video content be submitted at least two weeks prior to the run date.

To submit content, please follow these steps:

1. Read the Content Guidelines
2. Read the Technical Requirements.
3. Prepare your video content. Deliver it to us using the instructions on page 2 of the tech document.
4. Complete a Submission Form for each piece of content. Mail or fax it to Fountain Square Management Group, 1014 Vine St, Suite 1420, Cincinnati OH 45202, or fax to 513.621.5900.
5. If you need video conversion or are submitting a personal message, please also complete a Fountain Square Services Request Form.
